This is a unique, luxury RV park.  Our exclusive service is to bring the amenities to your oversized, private lot with a view.   Just call the Ranch Shed for Service.  Coming This Winter, Private Lots with a Hot Tub, and Personalized Lots.

Your Winter Home in the Mountains When you Store Your RV with us, and make a reservation, we can take your RV from Storage, park it on your reserved lot, power it up, turn on the heat or AC before you arrive, and return your RV to storage after you leave.  We also can winterize your RV.

Summer Season 2021 Daily Rate $45 to $60,  Week 175 to $300.  Month $500 to $900.

Additional Charges:  Over two People, and for Horse boarding please call for availability.

Storage Rates:   $2 per day,    $15 per week,     $40 per month.

We are offering a 'Howdy, Come and See, Pay for Two Nights, Third Night FREE* rate of only $40.00 per night (includes Electricity, Fresh Clean Colorado Water, and Sewer).  Only available for Lots 21 through 30.

SITES

The smallest site is 40 feet by 100 feet (4000 square feet) on a breathtaking, scenic, and private, 70 Acres for you to walk, hike, ride, explore and relax on. 

Every site enjoys free 50 amp & 110 power poles. You can barrow a 30 to 50 adapter with $20 Refundable Deposit, or purchase one for $26., You'll have enough power to run three air conditioners, and at the same time do laundry, cook dinner, and all with the TV or Stereo on. 

We Offer Fresh, Potable Water from Florence and Canon City for your fresh water tank(s).

Your site has three off-street parking spaces for your guest(s) or to park a trailer* or you can store your trailer in our Storage Yard.  *Some Restrictions May Apply.

True Value Hardware and Trailer for your Camping, Parts, and Trailer Needs is located less than a mile.

BRING YOUR PLANE!  Fremont County Airport and Radio Controlled Club is only a mile away.

The Towns of Florence, Penrose, and Canon City are 3 to 5 miles away, yet your space in our park will have you feeling 50 miles from nowhere.  (Pueblo is only 16 mi, Colorado Springs 47 mi  & 2.5 hrs to Denver.)

Take the Gold Tour Drive to Cripple Creek for Gambling, Exploring and Gold Panning. Just want to take an awesome drive? Then hop on Colorado's Scenic Tour.

The Royal Gorge Bridge & Park is one of the world's highest suspension bridges and an unforgettable quarter mile journey through the clouds.  A unique combinaton of natural adrenaline, human achievement and scenic beauty that must be experienced to be believed!

Antiqueing in Colorado's not so best kept secret The Town of Florence is amazing.  Just make a right out of the park and 3 miles later, you are in Florence.  You cannot help but to say "Wow" when you drive through the first time. 

Discover Downtown Canon City.  Listed on the National Historical Register for its abundance of Turn-Of-The-Century architecture.  From the Watering Holes to mom and pop mountain shops this a fun day.

Skyline Drive is for the adventerous person who likes incredible views at heights.  The drive may be narrow and steep but the views at the top are worth it.

The Arkansas Riverwalk contains 7 miles of trails along the river.  Trails are hard-packed, crushed gravel that follows the old F&CC Railroad bed.  Take the Puppy for a walk or your horse or bike.
